The Danube University Krems (DUK) is organising the SQELT International Evaluation Workshop (IEW) "Performance Indicators of Higher Education Learning and Teaching in Context: Governance, Quality Management, Learning Theories and Policy", which will take place in Krems, Austria, from 1-2 July 2019. Call for Proposals - Final conference of the DEQAR project - Database of External Quality Assurance Results
The Call for Proposals for the final conference of the DEQAR project is open until June 30 and the conference will take place on October 7 and 8 in Madrid. This will be the closing conference of this European project (Erasmus + Key Action 3 - European Forward-Looking Cooperation Projects) on external quality assurance, where different European accreditation agencies participate (and not only).

Teresa Carvalho and Ana Isabel Melo have presented the paper "Teaching and Research Balance in Portuguese Academia: Is it Still Possible to Differentiate between Teaching and Research Institutions?" at the 'Hiroshima International Conference' on 'Academics' Teaching and Research Activities in The Knowledge Society: Main findings from national surveys', which took place in Hiroshima, on the 4th and 5th of March.
